This is Raisin

As you mew (I mean knew) Candy has been posting most of these posts. I will just be posting a few posts here.
Anyway, its been crazy here having guests!!! Having to hide all day and night just waiting for them to leave. FINALLY!!!=p. We also discovered that I prefer fuzzy balls and Candy prefers a feather. Now we're running around like maniacs!!!

Today was a BAD day in kitty land!

HISS !

Today has been a terrible, awful and BAD day all around. I am going to tell you what happened. Mom actually let a DOG into our house. Yes, you read that right, a DOG!! I do not like dogs. I will not tolerate dogs.

I went under the sofa to try and stay away from that thing and do you know what that dog did? He actually came UNDER the sofa to try and get me!!! Well, I am a bit bigger than that stupid dog so I swiped at him - he still came back for more though! Dogs really must have tiny brains! Meanwhile, my little sister Raisin was so upset about the whole situation that the fur on her back stood straight out and her tail puffed up like a feather duster! Raisin then spent the entire afternoon hiding at the bottom of the deck complaining loudly all the while. I just stayed under the couch in my hammock and patiently waited for that little pain to be taken away.

Now that puppy papillion has left the building I am out and about but Raisin is still anxious and refuses to come back inside! Can't say I blame her because I saw that naughty puppy playing with her favorite fuzzy balls!! If they had have been my toys I would have scratched his eyes out!!

Anyway, I am going to go and enjoy my lamb dinner, without a horrible, terrible and BAD little dog to bother me...

Say hello to Candy and Raisin - two cats living the high life in Auckland!

We saw our friends over at 'kitty trio' (hi Keiko!!) have their own blog and decided we wanted in on the action! I'm Candy and I will probably write most of these blogs cause my little sister Raisin is too scatter brained to sit still long enough. Occasionally she might manage a few lines here and there.

Anyway, this is my first post! I just woke up from a super long nap which I took lying on moms legs, she was already fast asleep and didn't notice me creep in and take my favorite spot. That crazy Raisin also snuck in and took a nap with us but she stayed up near mom's head and didn't really bother me for once.

Don't get me wrong, I actually love my little sister - she brings out the kitten in me. I am only 1 and a half but sometimes I swear I feel ten times older! Baby sisters can make you feel that way, especially when they are running around non-stop after little brightly coloured fuzzy balls! What a weirdo!!

So... enjoy your cat nap for today (don't tell me you don't take one!? at least once a day??!) and I will be back to write more in my blog soon xx
